I stepped into Dower House Holistic Therapies with heavy shoulders, feeling exhausted and with an over active mind.

Whilst I reclined in Fiona’s comfy chair, relaxed and listened to the strangely comforting sound of Dower House’s GrandFather clock chime in the hallway, Fiona worked instinctively on my feet, to re-balance my body and quieten my mind. An hour later I stepped out feeling lighter, grounded and thankful that Fiona had given me the space to reconnect to ‘my-self’.
